MKE was commissioned to manage the official handover ceremony of Giza Zoo and Orman Garden. Our role was to design and deliver a professional event that captured the significance of the occasion, ensured a premium guest experience, and aligned with the vision of revitalizing Egypt’s historic gardens.

We handled all aspects of event production, including:

• Designing the stage and backdrop with a formal and elegant look.
• Managing guest registration, protocol arrangements, and media presence.
• Coordinating logistics and ensuring smooth on-ground operations.
• Capturing signatures and formal documentation as part of the ceremony.
