MKE was commissioned to prepare and manage the site visit experience for El Sisi City, a major development project by Organi Group to rebuild and revitalize Sinai. Our goal was to ensure that every detail of the visit reflected the project’s importance and progress.

We focused on delivering a clear and professional visitor journey:

• Designed and installed all on-road wayfinding and project signage.
• Coordinated the setup of project boards and milestone visuals across the site.
• Managed site readiness and ensured smooth protocol flow for VIP visitors.
• Oversaw timing, logistics, and presentation quality on the day of the visit.
