MKE was tasked with overseeing full brand and facilities implementation across the various arms of El Qalaa El Hamraa — stadium, school, academy, hotel, and museum. Our role included developing the visual identity, managing materials and supplies, overseeing brand compliance, and ensuring the brand experience was cohesive across all touchpoints.

We executed the project in phases:

• Designed master branding visuals for all facilities (signage, uniforms, communications).
• Coordinated supply of approved materials and ensured standardized implementation.
• Oversaw production of brand documents, correspondence, and internal/external communications.
• Managed rollout of brand experience through events and activations in multiple locations.
